We seek to clarify everything related to the exchange and return policy to ensure that you receive high-quality service. You can exchange or return products, so we ask that you read the exchange and return policy


Mechanism for exchanging or returning orders

  • The jewelry is returned after the customer receives the order if the customer does not want the product after 30% of the original value of the product has been deducted.
  • The jewelry is replaced after the customer receives the order in the event that the customer does not want the product, after 20% of the original value of the product is deducted , unless there is manufacturing damage or an error in the order.
  • If there is a defect or manufacturing error in the product, it will be replaced with another product after reporting it. Knowing (the product is inspected and photographed before shipment to the customer)
  • The amount will be returned to the customer when the product is confirmed to be safe.
  • Refunds will be made according to the stated store policies.
  • When the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled because the shipping company receives the order on the same day or the second day.


Cases in which the product cannot be returned:

  • When paying with Tabby, Tamara, or any installment method.
  • When the product has been used, when it is damaged, when it is not in the same condition that you received it in, or when the product's security sticker has been removed.
  • When the products are consumable or have been used.
  • Products that have been tampered with, had their serial numbers removed, or were returned without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any accessories.


Order cancellation policy:

The store may choose to accept, not accept, or cancel orders in some cases, for example if the product you wish to purchase is not available, if the product is priced incorrectly, or if it turns out that the order authentication procedures are incomplete within your account. The store will refund what you paid for canceled orders.


How can I get my money back if I receive an item that is not in the correct shape or is damaged?

  • When the product arrives to you in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the store, you can submit a return request through the store’s customer service.
  • After returning the product to us in the same original condition and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt. We will examine it directly, and if it is found that there is a defect or damage in it, we will immediately begin procedures to recover the value of the product to the account through which payment was made.
